Spam hating the world

The jacket potato which I nearly ate all of until Tom mentioned the pedophile (that hangs around in barnet) used to stare whilst he drank his cup o tea, once he chundered into his mug and drank it again.

Spam had forgotten he was meant to be unhappy, so he stuck the spoon on his nose and pulled a face.

Today: Slightly uneventful and unproductive but still  full of plans and creative ideas
I need to be taking more photos and filling this blog up, I feel like I've neglected myself by doing so. I feel slightly unfulfilled when the blogs lacking in posts and strange ramblings.

I've actually been concentrating on my major - the film studies side of things with my impending dissertation looming on ahead I am now having to throw myself into the world of David Cronenberg and for the next year smother myself in his world of tech-induced mutation of the human body and topics of the prominent dichotomy between body and mind.
I'm excited about this prospect of hopefully becoming a Cronenberg expect and spending my time reciting and analyzing the deep and dark world of the 'Cronenberg Body'

I'm trying to think of all the things I haven't told you about. Ran out of anti depressants earlier, tomorrow is a day without and I'm not looking forward to it. I'm sure I'll be fine, it just scares me a little bit, I had the idea of falling into old ways.

This week I'm planning an 'Anon's Day Out' with Tom and Spam, I'm very excited about this as it will be my preliminary work for my Final years project in Photography.

I'm also currently reading J. D. Salinger's 'The Catcher In The Rye' which on all the books I read quotes that it has the voice of this one book - meaning I should probably read it.
I hope to put up some photos soon, to prove theres something interesting going on in my life still!

I'll leave you with a Cronenberg quote 'Everybody's a mad scientist, and life is their lab. We're all trying to experiment to find a way to live, to solve problems, to fend off madness and chaos.'

I'm so exhausted, gahh. Got to start it all again tomorrow. I haven't done my research. Thinking I should probably get on my way and do it, but doing it when I wake up in the morning with a mug of coffee and a Belgian waffle sounds too good. Now I'm just finishing up the notes from todays lectures. Nuclear Cinema and discussing the Cronenberg Body. Can't wait to start my dissertation, I had a quick chat with Catherine my one to one tutor in my 'overexcitedihavewaytoomanyideasvoice' but I'm so thrilled with my change of subject.
Natalie came round earlier feeling under the weather, so I took a few photos of her to put up on the dating website and give her some confidence, I wish some guy would come along and whisk her away and give her everything she needs, some love and affection. She deserves someone above all other, are there any nice guys out there?

Slowdive

listen close and dont be stoned
i'll be here in the morning
cause i'm just floating

got my cat lying on my bed, listening to Slowdive, contemplating what to do with my next few hours. I feel like playing Fallout3 for a while
Sorry about my lack of updating, I haven't taken any photographs since I went to Croatia. I think I've been basking in the homely feeling and sliding back into my dream like state. Began my third and final year of university last week, the course is blowing my mind so far. Beyond Science Fiction -the posthuman in cinema; it includes a whole lecture on the Alien series. It truly made me melt. I felt all fuzzy and warm at the mention of psychoanalysis and my beloved Alien.I also rented out a few films from university and a couple of readings from science fiction and horror books.
I've also been keeping in contact with Chrys, a friend from Canada who I met at Outlook Festival this year, he sent me some Willy Wonka Nerds (which you can no longer get in England) and a H R GIGER t-shirt from the Giger museum in Switzerland. I screamed when I opened the package. Best gift I've received in a long time. I'm also considering a Giger tattoo now...

Picture below is just how I've felt all week, that coming home sort of feeling, feeling secure...
